摘要
绵阳京东方洁净厂房内生产设备、净化空调系统及各类管线系统对建筑严密性提出较高要求;同时厂房建筑单体面积大,屋面汇水量大,排水需求强。针对以上工程难点,采用CPS反应粘结型高分子防水卷材作为防水层、在屋面首层保温板设置通缝、保温层堵头砖采取透水砖、堵头透水砖留孔等施工方法,较好地保证了屋面防水的可靠性,增强屋面排水能力,避免发生大面积屋面滑移隐患。
It has high requirements for building tightness of BOE Clean Workshop in Mianyang for the production equipment,purification air conditioning system and various pipeline systems.The workshop is large so as to the roof catchment,and the drainage demand is strong.In view of the above engineering difficulties,CPS reactive bonded polymer waterproofing membrane is used as waterproof layer,through joints are set on the first insulation board of the roof,permeable bricks and retaining holes are adopted for the insulation layer plugging bricks.Above construction techniques guarantee the reliability of roof waterproofing,enhance the roof drainage capacity and avoid the hidden danger of large-area roof sliding.
