摘要
绵阳京东方第6代AMOLED(柔性)生产线项目洁净厂房回风夹道钢结构多由劲性柱及外露钢支撑组成,相比厂房其他部位施工工序多,施工时间长,造型不规整,定位精度高,节点复杂,吊装焊接量大;采用三向牛腿安装、超长构件运输安装、升降车分层焊接等施工方法,施工过程中对结构图纸进行深入分析,调整钢构件分段位置,充分考虑钢筋分层叠加及孔位布置,进行合理深化,规避钢混节点钢筋与钢结构的冲突,提高整体施工质量;建立一整套完整的监控体系及控制措施,为保证工程顺利完成提供了技术保障。
The steel structure of the return air chute in the clean workshop of Mianyang Jingdong 6 th generation AMOLED( flexible) production line project is mainly composed of stiff columns and exposed steel supports.Compared with other parts of the workshop,the steel structure has many construction procedures,long construction time,irregular shape,high positioning accuracy,complex joints and large amount of lifting and welding.Three-way bracket installation,transportation and installation of super-long components,layered welding of lifting truck and other construction methods are adopted.Structural drawings are thoroughly analyzed in the construction process,the position of steel components is adjusted,the layered superposition of steel bars and the layout of holes are fully considered,and reasonable deepening is carried out to avoid the conflict between steel bar and steel structure of steelconcrete joint and improve the overall construction quality.Establishing a complete monitoring system and control measures provides technical guarantee for the smooth completion of the project.
