摘要
逆作法施工技术以其明显的经济效益、环境效益、社会效益较为广泛地应用于超高层建筑,其上下层同步施工的思路同样适用于晶圆厂房地上主体结构施工。基于南京台积电12英寸晶圆厂与设计服务中心一期项目的设计与施工技术研究,详细介绍了晶圆厂逆作法施工关键技术,包括覆工板综合应用技术、超长超重钢桁架吊装技术、晶圆厂逆作法施工垂直运输关键技术等。
Reverse construction technology has been widely used in super high-rise buildings due to its obvious economic benefits,environmental benefits and social benefits.The idea of simultaneous construction of upper and lower floors is also applicable to the construction of main structure on the ground of wafer workshop.This article is based on Nanjing TSMC 12 inch water factory and design service center first phase project design and construction technology research,introduced the fabs uni-axial key technologies,including the integrated application of road deck panel,super-long super-weight steel truss hoisting technology,fabs uni-axial vertical transportation key technologies.
