复杂断块油田二次开发三次采油结合管理模式的创新实践

为提高复杂断块油田的开发水平和开发效益,大港油田将二次开发与三次采油结合,使得二次开发为三次采油节省了建井网投资,早见效、多增油,提高了三次采油效益;三次采油提前介入则提高了井网利用率,大幅增加了经济可采储量,提高了二次开发效益。复杂断块油田"二三结合"开发管理模式可具体概括为:优化职能架构,构建工作平台,健全三级项目组织;完善技术路线,重构地下认识体系,重建注采井网结构,重置油藏渗流结构,重组地面工艺流程;创新工作方法,加大试验攻关力度,规模推广井丛场,大力建设绿色矿山,全面推进信息化和工业化融合;完善管控方式,实现对项目的全过程管控。2013-2017年,通过实施"二三结合",老油田阶段增油263万吨,开发完全成本下降16.1%,取得显著成效。

In order to improve the development and benefits of complex fault block reservoirs,Dagang oilfield carries out the "2+3 combination" oil extraction mode that combines secondary development with tertiary oil extraction,which saved the investment in well construction,brought into effect earlier,enhanced more oil production,and improved oil extraction efficiency.It also improved the utilization rate of well pattern,significantly increased economic recoverable reserves,and improved the efficiency of secondary development.The "2+3 combination" oil extraction mode in complex fault block oil reservoirs can optimize the functional structure,build a working platform to improve the efficiency of research and decisionmaking,and improve the three-level project organization to distinguish responsibilities and promote coordination.It could perfect the technical route,upgrade and rebuild the underground knowledge system,upgrade and reconstruct the injector and production well pattern structure,innovate and reset the reservoir seepage structure,and upgrade and restructure the surface process flow.The mode can innovate working methods,increase efforts in testing and solving key problems & build up production technologies,promote the use of well-cluster fields on a large scale to improve quality and efficiency,vigorously build green mines to achieve clean production,and comprehensively promote the integration of information technology and industrialization to build smart oilfields.It also could better the management & control methods to realize the whole process control of projects.From 2013 to 2017,through the implementation of the "2+3 combination" oil extraction mode,2.63 million tons of oil were added to the old oil fields at the stage,and the total development cost was reduced by 16.1%,achieving remarkable results.
