摘要 晕动病又称运动病,是指机体对异常运动感知的正常应激性生理反应,不论这种感知是真实的还是虚拟的,晕动病的严重程度往往与运动刺激程度和个体差异有关。通过晕动病的动物模型,深入了解眩晕的发病机制,对于眩晕的治疗有重要意义。本文分别从动物眩晕模型的造模方法和评价指标进行综述。 Kinesia,known as motion sickness,refers to the normal stress physiological response of body to abnormal motion perception.Whether real or virtual,the severity of motion sickness is often related to the degree of motivation and individual factors.Understanding of the pathogenesis of vertigo through animal models of motion sickness is of great significance to the treatment of vertigo.Motion sickness models are divided into modeling methods and evaluation indicators,which were summarized in the review.
