摘要
太阳能集热管表面沉积的污垢会直接影响到光线透光率,进而影响真空管的集热效率,本文研究采用溶胶-凝胶法,在太阳能真空集热管的外管上浸镀一种SiO2涂层。结果表明,该涂层同时具有增透、防污浊性能,实现真空管增透与自洁功能一体化,使得玻璃罩管的透光率(在太阳光区间300nm^2600nm)可到95%。
The dirt deposited on the surface of the solar collector tube directly affects the light transmittance, and then affects the heat collection efficiency of the vacuum tube. In this paper, a SiO2 coating was applied on the outer tube of a solar vacuum tube by sol-gel method. The results show that the coating has both anti-reflection and anti-fouling properties. The vacuum tube anti-reflection and self-cleaning functions were integrated, making the transmittance of the glass cover tube reach 96% in the sunlight range(300 nm to 2600 nm).
