摘要
针对粉末高温合金FGH96真空熔炼过程,采用VIDP炉熔炼设备进行工程化熔炼,精炼时期真空度控制在10Pa以下,使用氧化铝材质取样器分别对FGH96高温合金精炼过程进行取样,分析氧含量变化过程,通过选取5个不同精炼时间取样,提出合适精炼时间,使工程化中FGH96氧含量控制在稳定水平。
For the vacuum smelting process of powder superalloy FGH96, vacuum induction degassing and pouring furnace was used for engineering smelting. The vacuum degree during refining period is controlled below 10 Pa. A kind of alumina sampler was used to sample the FGH96 superalloy during the refining process. Sampling was carried out to analyze the change process of oxygen content. Based on 5 furnace experiments, the appropriate refining time was proposed to control the oxygen content of FGH96 to a stable level.
