The Socialist Political Economy with Chinese Characteristics appeared in the field of economic theory with distinctive national features. From the perspective of the national attribute of political economy which combines the development of political economy theory and progress of human society, we can fully understand the rationality, inevitability, distinct features of socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics. The establishment of socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics conforms to the theoretical logic of the development of political economy, and its national attribute is the internal mechanism of the Chinese features. From the perspective of human social development, the creation of political economy with Chinese characteristics is an inevitable requirement for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
