摘要
以钛酸丁酯为钛源,P123为形貌控制剂,采用水热法成功合成了形貌规整的平均直径为1μm的金红石TiO2微米球.微米球是由平均直径为30nm,平均长度为250nm,侧面暴露{110}晶面和顶端暴露{111}晶面的金红石TiO2纳米棒组装而成.微米球的表面主要暴露纳米棒的{111}晶面,其{111}晶面比例接近100%.系统考察了P123的浓度、HCl的浓度和水热温度对金红石TiO2微米球结构的影响规律,并提出了金红石TiO2微米球的形成机制.
Rutile TiO2 microspheres with regular morphology and average diameter of 1μm were successfully synthesized by hydrothermal process using butyl titanate as titanium source and P123 as morphology control agent.Microspheres are assembled from rutile TiO2 nanorods of about 30 nm in diameter,250 nm in length,with {110} side facets and {111} end facets.The surface of the microsphere is composed of {111} end facets of nanorods,and the proportion of {111} facets is close to 100%.The effects of P123 concentration,HCl concentration and hydrothermal temperature on the structure of rutile TiO2 microspheres were systematically investigated and their formation mechanism was proposed.
