摘要
测定森登-4在正常大鼠与风湿性关节炎模型组大鼠48h尿液中总黄酮和总萜的排泄量,比较二者的差异,探索森登-4中总黄酮和总萜与风湿性关节炎治疗的相关性.风湿性关节炎模型大鼠尿液中总萜和总黄酮排泄量均高于正常组大鼠.证明了森登-4中总黄酮和总萜与风湿性关节炎治疗具有相关性.
The research deals with the measurement and comparison of the total contents of flavonoid and terpenoid in 48 h urine of healthy rats and rheumatoid arthritis model rats,for exploring the correlation between the effect of these two components of Sendeng-4 and the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.The total content of terpenes and flavonoids in urine of rheumatoid arthritis rats was higher than that in normal rats,confirming there indeed exists the correlation between the effect of the total contents of flavone and terpenoid in Sendeng-4 and the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.
