摘要
在经济快速发展与科技迅速进步的时代下,我国的工程教育面临着巨大的冲击与挑战。食品科学与工程专业作为传统的工科专业更应该在“新工科”的大背景下,紧跟时代潮流,建立人才培养的新模式,为社会源源不断地输送具备高级竞争力的高素质复合型“新工科”人才。
Driven by the rapid economic development and the scientific and technological revolution, China * s engineering education is facing tremendous impact and challenges. As a traditional engineering major, the food science and engineering major should follow the trend of the times in the context of the "new engineering", establish a new model of talent cultivation, and continuously deliver high-quality and inter-disciplinary new engineering talents with advanced competitiveness for the society.
