The Development Status and Relevant Reflections on the Foreign-invested Financial Leasing Companies in Shenzhen

在融资租赁行业,90%以上的企业为外资融资租赁公司,而深圳由于区位优势和政策优势,更是外资融资租赁公司的聚集地和活跃地。本文试从分析全国及深圳外资融资租赁公司最新发展现状出发,对外资融资租赁公司相关监管政策进行回顾,从而结合业务现状和相关政策,提出对外资融资租赁,尤其是深圳外资融资租赁发展的一些思考和建议。

In the financial leasing industry, more than 90% of enterprises are foreign-invested. Due to its location and policy advantages, Shenzhen is a gathering and active place for foreign-invested financial leas-ing companies. Based on the analysis on the latest development of foreign-invested financial leasing compa-nies in China and Shenzhen, this paper reviews relevant regulations and policies on foreign-invested finan-cial leasing industry, and puts forward some reflections and suggestions on the development of foreign-in-vested financial leasing industry, especially in Shenzhen.
