伴随船舶大型化港口地址由内河走向海岸,无法升级的内河老港区逐渐演变为城市内城老港区,其产业形态、街区景观与快速发展的城市之间的矛盾日益突兀。本文主要根据港城界面生命周期理论和港城再生模型厘清宁波内城老港区生命周期,识别宁波老外滩功能演变及其演变因素,以推动老外滩再生。
