乡村振兴战略下新型职业农民培训的策略研究——以广州市增城区为例

On Strategies for Training New Professional Farmers under Rural Vitalization Strategy——Take ZengCeng District as an example

为贯彻落实中央关于"大力培育新型职业农民"的战略部署,推进现代农业发展,本文以增城区新型职业农民培训的实践情况为切入点,通过文献分析、问卷调查、满意度测试和学员访谈等方式进行实践研究,总结开展培训的有效策略,为增城区今后新型职业农民培训提供参考。

To implement the central government's strategic plan of "vigorously cultivating new type of professional farmers”,Promoting the development of modern agriculture, Based on the practice of new-type vocational farmer training in ZengCeng District in recent, this paper conducts practical research by means of literature analysis , questionnai re survey, satisfaction analysis and interviews with trainees, and summarizes effective training strategies,which can provide reference for the future training of new-type vocational farmer in ZengCeng District.
