玉屏风胶囊联合西药治疗慢性湿疹(卫表不固)随机平行对照研究

Randomized Parallel Controlled Study of Yupingfeng Capsule(玉屏风胶囊) Combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Chronic Eczema(Weibiao Bugu/卫表不固)

[目的]观察玉屏风胶囊联合西药治疗慢性湿疹(卫表不固)疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将77例患者按就诊顺序号抽签随机分为两组。对照组38例氯雷他定,10mg/次,1次/d,睡前服用;复方氟米松软膏,适量涂于患处,并缓慢按揉,早晚各一次。治疗组39例玉屏风胶囊,1g/次,3次/d;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床表现、白介素-10、白介素-2、血清免疫球蛋白E、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程(21d),判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈30例,显效6例,有效2例,无效1例,总有效率97.43%;对照组痊愈17例,显效10例,有效5例,无效6例,总有效率84.21%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。IL-10、IL-2、IgE两组均有改善(P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]玉屏风胶囊联合西药治疗慢性湿疹(卫表不固),疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective] To observe the curative effect of Yupingfeng capsule combined with western medicine on chronic eczema.[Method] 77 patients were randomly divided into two groups by drawing lots according to the order of visiting. In the control group, 38 patients were given loratadine 10 mg/time, once a day, before going to bed. Compound flumethasone ointment was applied to the affected area in a proper amount and kneaded slowly, once in the morning and once in the evening. 39 cases in the treatment group were treated with Yupingfeng capsule, 1 g/time, 3 times/day, while the control group was treated with western medicine.Continuous treatment for 7 days is a course of treatment. Clinical manifestations, interleukin-10, serum immunoglobulin E and adverse reactions were observed. Continuous treatment for 3 courses(21 days) to determine the efficacy.[Result] In the treatment group, 30 cases were cured, 6 cases were markedly effective,2 cases were effective and 1 case was ineffective, the total effective rate was 97.43%. In the control group, 17 cases were cured, 10 cases were markedly effective, 5 cases were effective and 6 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 84.21%. The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05). IL-10, IL-2 and IgE were improved in both groups(P<0.01), and the improvement in treatment group was better than that in control group(P<0.01).[Conclusion] Yupingfeng capsule combined with western medicine in the treatment of chronic eczema has satisfactory curative effect and no serious adverse reactions. It is worth popularizing.
