摘要
氟离子对骨质疏松症及骨缺损有积极的治疗作用。为避免氟突释和外加物的不利影响,以碳酸根和氟复合掺杂取代纳米羟基磷灰石(CFHA)作为氟释载体,研究碳酸根和氟复合取代对磷灰石结构、形貌和离子释放的影响。结果表明:碳酸根和氟取代影响磷灰石载体的晶体尺寸和结晶度,调控氟离子的释放,具有可控氟疗效果。同时,缓释体系SBF矿化液中的钙磷离子会促进生物矿化过程与磷灰石的再沉积,从而影响氟释过程。
Fluoride ion has a positive therapeutic effect on osteoporosis and bone defect. In order to avoid the adverse effects of additional material and the sudden release of fluoride, the effects of co-substitution of carbonate and fluorine on the structure, morphology and the ion releasing w ere investigated by taking apatite co-substituted b y carbonate and fluorine (CFHA ) as a fluorine release carrier. The results show that the co-sub stitution of carbonate and fluorine regulates the fluorine release thou gh the effect on the apatite crystal size and crystallin ity to attain the controllable fluorine treatm ent effect. At the same time, the calcium and phosphorus in the SBF release system will prom ote the biom ineralization process and the bone-like apatite redeposition, thus affecting the process of fluorine release.
