一种新型冷补沥青混合料的路用性能研究

Study on Road Performance of a New Type Cold Patch Asphalt Mixture

冷补沥青混合料是一种路面坑槽修补材料,现有的冷补沥青混合料水稳定性、高低温性能、粘聚性及施工和易性等性能差。为了提高路面养护效果,研发了一种路用性能良好的新型冷补沥青混合料。采用LB-13型级配与一种新型冷补液,通过初始强度试验、成型强度试验、粘聚性试验、低温操作和易性试验、耐水性试验、车辙试验等室内屡次试验,确定出最佳油石比4.8%,在内蒙古鄂尔多斯市准格尔旗羊市圪咀至吉格斯太公路罩面工程进行了坑槽修补,效果显著,有良好的推广应用价值。

Cold patch asphalt mixture is a kind of pavement pit repairing material.However,the existing cold patch asphalt mixtures have poor performance in the aspects of water stability,high and low temperature performance,cohesiveness and workability.Therefore,in order to improve the pavement maintenance effect,our company develops a new kind of cold patch asphalt mixture with better road performance by using the LB-13 type gradation and the new cold fluid.It is found that the optimum proportion of asphalt is 4.8% through repeated laboratory tests including initial strength test,forming strength test,cohesive test,low temperature operation workability test,water resistance test and rutting test.The new cold patch asphalt mixture has been applied to repair the road pit of Yangshigeju-Jigesitai Highway in Zhungeerqi,Erdos city.Inner Mongolia,with significant effect and good application value.
