降钙素原变化率在重症肺炎中的诊断价值 被引量:4

摘要 目的:研究降钙素原变化率在重症肺炎患者中的临床诊断价值。方法:选择中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院2016年1月至2018年12月收治的52例重症肺炎患者为观察组,再取同期收治的52例轻症肺炎患者为对照组,比较两组24 h内降钙素原(PCT)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、体温、白细胞(WBC)等,分别检测两组患者入室时(PCT 1)、入室后24 h(PCT 2)PCT含量,计算PCT的变化率。结果:观察组患者体温、WBC、中性粒细胞百分比与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);观察组患者PCT1、PCT 2的PCT水平均高于对照组,CRP水平高于对照组,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);对照组患者的PCT变化率为0.48%,观察组为0.20%,观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:PCT变化率用于重症细菌性肺炎患者的临床诊断能提高早期诊断准确率,为治疗方案的制定提供重要参考。
