盆底生物反馈联合中药治疗直肠癌保肛术后排便障碍疗效

The Efficacy of Pelvic Floor Biofeedback Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Therapy Improving Postoperative Defecation Disorder after Rectal Cancer Anal Preservation

目的:研究直肠癌保肛术患者采取盆底生物反馈联合中药治疗的临床效果。方法:选择广州市增城区中医医院2015年4月至2018年4月纳入的50例直肠癌保肛术后排便障碍的患者,按照随机数字法分为观察组与对照组各25例,观察组采取盆底生物反馈联合中药,对照组采取排便功能主动训练,比较两组临床治疗效果。结果:观察组患者排便时间、首次排气时间以及下床活动时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗前两组患者排便功能、生活质量评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P> 0.05),治疗后观察组患者排便功能及生活质量评分均高于对照组评分,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:直肠癌保肛术后排便障碍患者采取盆底生物反馈联合中药治疗效果明显,明显缩短排便时间,促进病情快速稳定,提高排便能力,改善生活质量。

Objective To study the clinical value of treating rectal cancer patients with rectal cancer with pelvic floor biofeedback combined with traditional Chinese medicine. Methods In April 2015 to April 2018, 50 patients with rectal cancer protect anal postoperative bowel disorders were randomly divided into research group and the control group (n = 25), the research group take pelvic floor biofeedback in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), the control group take the defecation function training actively, compared two groups of clinical therapeutic effect. Results the defecation time, the first exhaust time and the time of getting out of bed were shorter than the control group (P < 0.05). Two groups of defecation function, quality of life score before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference (P> 0.05), treatment group defecation function and life quality evaluation are higher than the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion rectal cancer confirmed anus bowel dysfunction in patients with postoperative pelvic floor biofeedback in traditional Chinese medicine treatment effect is obvious,obviously shorten defecation time, promote the rapid and steady condition to improve bowel movement ability, improve the quality of life.
