人工股骨头置换术治疗股骨颈骨折的临床分析被引量：1

摘要目的:探讨人工股骨头置换术治疗股骨颈骨折的临床疗效。方法:收集2018年1月至2019年1月江门市新会区中医院收治的50例股骨颈骨折患者的临床资料纳入研究,A组25例,采用空心加压螺钉内固定术治疗;B组25例,采用人工股骨头置换术治疗,分析患者的治疗情况。结果:A组患者的手术时间短于B组、术中出血量和住院时间少于B组,下地时间长于B组,组间比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05);A、B两组患者的髋关节功能优良率分别为88.00%与64.00%,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);A、B两组患者的术后并发症发生率分别为36.00%与20.00%,组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论:针对股骨颈骨折的临床资料,空心加压螺钉内固定术与人工股骨头置换术各有其优势和不足,应根据患者的个体情况合理选择术式。
