摘要
当前法学教育在课程设置、教育模式、人才培养规格上同质化现象严重。法学教育同质化的主要原因是,法律院校的法律人才培养目标不甚明确,法学教育的考评机制不合理。根据卓越法律人才培养计划,各法律院校唯有明确各自的法律人才培养目标,按照具体培养目标设置相应培养方案,并有针对性地实施教育,才能破解法学教育同质化难题。
As we know that the serious homogenization exists in our current law education. Such as the same curriculum, the same education mode and personnel training specification. There are two main reasons for this phenomenon. One is that all of law schools can not get a clear about the goal of law students training. The other is that evaluation mechanism of law education is not reasonable. In order to handle the homogenization problem, all the law schools should clear their respec? tive goals of law students training, set special training plan and implement targeted educational mode by combining with the plan of cultivating excellent law talents.
