Online court mediation is the result of combination of "Internet Plus"and court mediation. Thriving all over the country recently,online court mediation has its unique functions and features. With the tendency of mediation globalization,online court mediation provides new ideas,methods and pathways for ADR in China,and brings both new opportunities and challenges to China’s mediation modernization.
