Status Analysis of Design and Production Integration in the Customized Furniture Industry

信息化是定制家具行业乃至整个家居行业的发展趋势,信息孤岛产生的软件接口不相通、生产信息传递不准确等问题是信息化发展的重大阻碍。当前国内定制家具企业信息化发展不均衡,企业正确运用三维设计软件、成组技术、揉单生产等一体化智能制造方式实现转型升级目的。通过分析当前国内定制家具数字化智能制造与设计生产一体化的现状,提出对未来行业发展的展望,以期推动定制家具行业设计生产一体化的进程。

Informationization is the development trend of customized furniture industry and even the whole household industry. The disconnected software interface produced by the isolated island of information and the inaccurate production information transmission are the major hindrance to the development of informationization. At present,the informationization of domestic customized furniture enterprises is unevenly developed. The 3D design software,group technology,knead production and other intelligent manufacturing methods were applied by the enterprises to realize the transformation. The current situation of digital intelligent manufacturing and the intelligent of design and production were analyzed. The outlook of the future furniture industry was also put forward.
