基于全生命周期管理实木家具物料清单的研究

Research on Solid Wood Furniture BOM Based on Product Life Cycle Management

在家具企业中,物料清单管理越来越受到重视。通过对实木家具企业进行调研,对数据进行整理,并结合现有理论,描述了在产品全生命周期管理中物料清单的重要性,整理了调研企业物料清单现状,总结出物料清单在产品全生命周期中由于各个部门工作特点不同,物料清单划分形态也不同,可分为设计BOM、工艺BOM、制造BOM、采购BOM、成本BOM和质量BOM等,且各个BOM之间都有紧密联系。根据物料清单管理不完善导致企业生产效率低的现象,分析得出物料清单使用存在的根本问题,并提出了相应的解决方案,主要是如何规范物料清单的构建过程,以编制小组的组建为第一步,明确构建的基本原则,总结物料编码的重要性和编制原则,并提出应根据实际生产情况确定BOM表格内容及BOM结构层次,建立完整的资源管理体系,制定标准化文件,以期为实木家具物料清单的构建提供参考。

In the furniture company,the bill of materials management was received more and more attention. Through solid wood furniture business research and data consolidation,the importance of bill of materials in product life cycle management was described in combination with the existing theory,and the current state of the company’s bill of materials was organized. Due to the different characteristics of the various departments,the bill of materials in the product life cycle can be divided into different forms such as design BOM,process BOM,manufacturing BOM,purchasing BOM,cost BOM and quality BOM,etc.There has a close relationship between each BOM. According to low production efficiency phenomenon owing to the imperfect bill of materials management,the fundamental problems existed in the use of BOM were analyzed and the corresponding solutions were put forward,which is mainly focus on how to regulate the construction process of the bill of materials. The group set up is the first step,the basic principles of construction should be specified,the importance of material coding and the principles of compilation should be summarized,the BOM form and the BOM structure should be determined according to the actual production situation. The establishment of a complete resource management system and the development of standardized documents will provide a reference for the build of solid wood furniture BOM.
