基于Solidworks的变形家具功能型结构仿真分析 被引量:15

摘要 国内各地房价的飞涨,小户型成为年轻人的首选,蜗居生活中对于家具功能性、储物空间最大化利用的要求越来越高,多功能家具成为市场必需品。多功能变形家具的设计不仅要考虑美观和功能,还要考虑结构的稳定安全。Solidworks是一款机械工程行业普遍应用的全参数化特征造型设计软件,不仅能快速创建与修改设计模型,还能分析模型各种物理性能,功能强大,但在家具领域应用较少。本研究选取笔者经调研后设计的变形家具床桌功能结构为对象,建立Solidworks装配体三维模型,依托Solidworks motion对其结构进行运动仿真分析,得出最大线速度为161 mm/s,最大角速度为13 deg/s。依托Solidworks simulation对其结构施加200 N均匀分布力及1 300 N集中力进行有限元仿真分析,得出最大应力分别为5.187×10^7N/m^2、3.592×10^8N/m^2,最大位移分别为5.022 mm、44.79 mm,最小安全系数为6.778、1.144。分析得出在施加200 N均匀分布力时该结构稳定,满足使用需求,在施加1 300 N集中力时该结构位移较大但最大应力仍在屈服强度内。根据仿真结果可以辅助笔者对该变形家具的结构进行设计优化,从而设计出安全可靠的多功能变形家具,同时也为Solidworks在家具领域中的应用及计算机辅助变形家具设计提供理论上的参考。 The price of housing in the country has soared,and the small-sized apartment has become the first choice for young people. In the dwelling life,the requirements for the functional use of furniture and the maximum use of storage space are getting higher and higher,and multifunctional furniture has become a necessity in the market. The design of multi-functional deformed furniture should not only consider its beauty and function,but also consider the stability and structure safety. Solidworks is a fully parametric feature based design software commonly used in the mechanical engineering industry. It can not only quickly create and modify design models,but also analyze various physical properties of the model. It is powerful but seldom used in the furniture field. In this study,the functional structure of the deformed bed table designed by the author was selected as the object,and the 3 D model of Solidworks assembly was built. The motion simulation analysis of the structure was carried out based on Solidworks motion,and the maximum linear velocity was 161 mm/s and the maximum angular velocity was 13 deg/s. Based on Solidworks simulation,the finite element simulation analysis of the structure with 200 N uniform distribution force and 1 300 N concentrated force was carried out,and the maximum stress was 1.122 e + 08 N/m^2,3.459 e + 08 N/m^2,and the maximum displacement was 1.154 e + 01 mm,4.478 e + 01 mm,minimum safety factor was 3.791,1.144, respectively. The analysis shows that the structure is stable when the uniform distribution force of 200 N is applied,which satisfies the use requirement. When the 1 300 N concentrated force is applied,the structure has a large displacement but the maximum stress is still within the yield strength. The simulation results can assist the structure optimization of the deformed furniture,so as to design a safe and reliable multi-functional deformation furniture,which will provide a theoretical reference for the application of Solidworks in the field of furniture and computer-aided deformation furniture design.
