摘要 介绍了数码金相显微镜的优点,并列举了典型的金相照片。从摄像头硬件、原材料质量、金相试样制备方法和拍摄技巧等几方面,详细阐述了拍摄出高质量金相照片的技术要点。结果表明:拍摄出高质量的金相照片,除了摄像头硬件的影响因素之外,还要求金相试样观察面要磨制平整,必要时需对试样进行镶嵌;金相试样抛光后表面应无划痕,且选择合适的浸蚀剂,浸蚀程度要恰到好处;在拍摄金相照片时注意亮度要适中,放大倍数要适当;校正好白平衡;拍摄偏光照片时要调节检偏滑尺角度,使图像颜色对比最为明显。 The advantages of digital metallographic microscope were introduced,and typical metallographic photographs were listed.From the aspects of camera hardware,raw material quality,metallographic sample preparation method and photo shooting skills,the key points of taking high quality metallographic photographs were elaborated in detail.The results show that in order to high quality metallographic photographs,besides the influence factors of the camera hardware the observation surface of the metallographic samples should be grinded flat,and the samples should be mounted when necessary.The polished surface of metallographic samples should be free of scratches,and the appropriate etchant should be selected to achieve the right degree of etching.When taking metallographic photographs,the brightness and the magnification should be appropriate.Corrected the white balance.When taking polarized photographs,the angle of the deviation detection slider should be adjusted to make the color contrast of the images most obvious.
