枇杷当归饮加减合牛黄洗剂治疗酒糟鼻35例临床观察

Clinical effect of modified Pipa Danggui decoction combined with bezoar lotion in treatment of rosacea: An analysis of 35 cases

目的:观察枇杷当归饮加减合牛黄洗剂治疗酒糟鼻的临床疗效。方法:将70例酒糟鼻患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各35例。2组均予牛黄洗剂外涂治疗,治疗组另加中药枇杷当归饮加减口服治疗,对照组另加异维A酸胶丸口服治疗,观察2组综合疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果:总有效率治疗组为91. 4%,对照组为71. 4%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);治疗过程中,治疗组无不良反应发生,对照组有30例出现嘴唇干裂、面部脱屑等症状,均自行好转。结论:枇杷当归饮加减结合牛黄洗剂治疗酒糟鼻,疗效满意。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of modified Pipa Danggui decoction combined with bezoar lotion in the treatment of rosacea.Methods:A total of 70 patients with rosacea were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 35 patients in each group.In addition to the external application of bezoar lotion,the patients in the treatment group were given oral administration of modified Pipa Danggui decoction,and those in the control group were given oral administration of isotretinoin capsules.The two groups were compared in terms of overall response and adverse events.Results:There was a significant difference in overtill response rate between the treatment group and the control group(91.4%vs 71.4%,P<0.05).During treatment,no adverse events were observed in the treatment group,while 30 patients in the control group experienced the symptoms of(Inane 1 cracked lips and facial desquamation,which were improved without treatment.Conclusion:Modified Pipa Danggui decoction combined with bezoar lotion has a satisfactoiy clinical effect in the treatment of rosacea.
