益气定眩饮对PCIV气虚血瘀证家兔后循环供血的影响 被引量:3

Effect of Yiqi Dingxuan decoction on posterior circulation blood supply in rabbits with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome

摘要 目的:探讨益气定眩饮方对后循环缺血性眩晕(PCIV)气虚血瘀证家兔后循环供血的影响。方法:将40只健康成年新西兰白兔随机分为正常组、模型组、益气定眩饮组、养血清脑丸组(阳性药物对照组),每组10只,参照PCIV家兔模型制作方法造模。分别于造模前后及药物干预后各检测1次左侧椎动脉(LVA)、右侧椎动脉(RVA)、基底动脉(BA)平均血流速度及跳台耗时。结果:药物干预后,与模型组比较,益气定眩饮组、养血清脑丸组在提高LVA、RVA、BA平均血流速度及缩短跳台耗时方面差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05),且益气定眩饮组在改善平均血流速度及缩短跳台耗时方面均优于养血清脑丸组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:益气定眩饮可改善PCIV气虚血瘀证家兔后循环供血状况,提高运动功能,值得临床推广。 Objective: To investigate the effect of Yiqi Dingxuan decoction on posterior circulation blood supply in rabbits with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo( PCIV) with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome. Methods: A total of 40 healthy adult New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into normal group,model group,Yiqi Dingxuan decoction group,and Yangxue Qingnao pill group( positive drug control group),with10 rabbits in each group. A rabbit model of PCIV was established with reference to related methods. Mean blood flow velocity of the left vertebral artery( LVA),the right vertebral artery( RVA),and the basilar artery( BA) and jumping time were measured before and after modeling and after drug intervention. Results: Compared with the model group after drug intervention,the Yiqi Dingxuan decoction group and the Yangxue Qingnao pill group had significant increases in the mean blood flow velocities of the LVA,the RVA,and the BA and a significantly shorter jumping time( P < 0. 05);compared with the Yangxue Qingnao pill group,the Yiqi Dingxuan decoction group had significantly greater improvements in mean blood flow velocities and jumping time( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Yiqi Dingxuan decoction can improve posterior circulation blood supply and motor function in rabbits with PCIV with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome and thus holds promise for clinical application.
