护牙宝对变异链球菌的抑制作用研究

Inhibitory effect of Huyabao on Streptococcus mutans

目的:研究护牙宝慕斯对由变异链球菌(S. Mutans)引起的龋病的预防作用。方法:以护牙宝慕斯为对象,采用牛津被法测定护牙宝对S. Mutans的抑制作用,并采用二倍稀释法测定其最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果:护牙宝原液以及稀释液均对S. Mutans表现出较好的抑制效果,其原液抑菌圈可达(22. 5±0. 5) mm,8%护牙宝稀释液抑菌圈为(17. 7±0. 7) mm。采用二倍稀释法测定其MIC为1%护牙宝原液浓度。结论:即使经过口腔稀释,护牙宝也能起到预防由S. Mutans引起的龋病的作用。

Objective:To investigate the preventive effect of Huyabao mousse against dental caries caused by Streptococcus mutans.Methods:The Oxford cup method was used to measure the inhibitory effect of Huyabao on Streptococcus mutans,and the double-dilution method was used to measure the minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC)of Huyabao.Results:The original solution and the diluted solution of Huyabao had a good inhibitory effect on Streptococcus mutans;the original solution had an inhibition zone of 22.5±0.5 mm,and the 8%diluted solution had an inhibition zone of 17.7±0.7 mm.The double-dilution method showed that Huyabao had an MIC of 1%o-riginal solution.Conclusion:Huyabao can prevent dental caries caused by Streptococcus mutans even after being di-luted in the oral cavity.
