摘要
本文从理解ISO9001:2015质量管理体系、FSSC22000 Version4.1食品安全管理体系新增内容的角度出发,介绍了啤酒企业在组织环境、外部供方、前提方案、生产过程、食品欺诈、食品防护、过敏原管理等方面落实食品安全管理的应用方法和关注点。
Based on understanding the updated content of ISO9001: 2015 quality management system and FSSC22000 Version4.1 Food Safety Management system, this paper expounds application methods and concerns on organizational environment, external supplier, prerequisite program, production process, food fraud, food defense, allergen management and other aspects on implementation of food safety management in beer enterprises.
