摘要
目的评估采用饮食计算盘培训临床实习护士妊娠期糖尿病(gestational diabetes mellitus,GDM)医学营养和健康教育学习效果。方法选取2015年I月~2016年1月在该院实习护士60名,随机分为实验组和对照组各30名。同步完成GDM医学营养基本理论学习后,实验组使用饮食计算盘,对照组使用常规教学视频和图片教学3h,学习后1h、l周和1个月分别考核评估教学效果。结果学习后1h考核,研究组的合格率高于对照组;学习后1周和1个月,合格人数和合格率均有下降,研究组合格人数显著多于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论使用饮食计算盘培训实习护士对GDM医学营养教育,效果较传统方法好,值得推广。
Objective To evaluate the effect of gestational diabetes mellitus ( GDM) education and learning on gestational diabetes mellitus ( gestational diabetes mellitus ( GDM) education using dietary counting plates for clinical practice nurses. Methods A total of 60 nurse interns from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected and were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, 30 nurses each. After completing the basic theory of medical nutrition of GDM simultaneously, the experimental group used the diet calculation plate, the control group used the conventional teaching video and picture teaching for 3 hours, and the teaching effect was assessed 1 hour, 1 week and 1 month after learning. Results 1 hour after study, the pass rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group. After 1 week and 1 month of study, the number of qualified students and the passing rate decreased, and the number of qualified students in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group, with statistically significant differences ( P <0. 05 ). Conclusions The effect of using diet calculating plate to train trainee nurses on GDM medical nutrition education is better than the traditional method, which is worth popularizing.
