综合护理在老年股骨颈骨折患者术后负面情绪中的应用效果

Application effect of comprehensive nursing in postoperative negative emotion of senile patients with femoral neck fracture

目的探讨综合护理在老年股骨颈骨折患者术后应用对患者负面情绪的改善情况。方法选取该院2016年7月~2017年6月>60岁股骨颈骨折患者119例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组60例和对照组59例。对照组行常规护理,观察组采用综合护理。观察两组患者生活质量,并采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表评价患者负面情绪状况。结果观察组患者在生活质量、负面情绪改善情况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论综合护理在老年股骨颈骨折患者术后应用对患者负面情绪有明显改善,有效提升了患者生活质量。

Objective To explore the improvement of negative em otion in senile patients with femoral neck fracture by com prehensive nursing after operation. Methods From July 2016 to June 2017 , 119 patients with femoral neck fractures aged over 60 years in the hospital were selected and divided into the observation group ( 60 cases) and the control group ( 59 cases) according to the random num ber table method. The control group received routine nursing , and the observation group received com prehensive nursing. The quality of life of the patients in the two groups was observed , and the negative mood of the patients was evaluated by Hamilton Depression Scale. Results The observation group was superior to the control group in the im provem ent of life quality and negative em otions, and the differences w ere statistically significant ( P <0.05 ). Conclusions The application of com prehensive nursing in senile patients with femoral neck fracture after surgery has significantly improved the negative em otions of patients and effectively improved the quality of life of patients.
