三径路延续护理在肾病综合征伴急性肾损伤腹膜透析患者中的应用

Application of three-way continuous nursing in patients with nephrotic syndrome with acute renal injury on peritoneal dialysis

目的探讨三径路延续护理在肾病综合征伴急性肾损伤腹膜透析患者中的应用效果。方法选择2017年1~6月该院新置管接受腹透的肾病综合征合并急性肾损伤患者76例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和实验组各38例。对照组腹透观察对象接受每月1次电话指导式常规延续护理,实验组接受三径路延续护理干预,对两组干预后的各观察指标进行比较。结果实验组干预后腹透自我管理知识知晓度、自护能力评分显著高于对照组,腹透相关并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用三径路延续护理对肾病综合征伴急性肾损伤腹透患者施加干预,具备较好的腹透自我管理知识、自护能力提高效应,可显著降低护理对象腹透相关并发症风险。

Objective To explore the effect of three-way continuous nursing on peritoneal dialysis patients with nephrotic syndrome and acute renal injury. Methods From January to June 2017 , a total of 76 patients with n ephrotic syndrome com plicated by acute kidney injury who received new catheterization in the hospital were selected . A ccording to the random num ber table method , the patients were divided into control group and experim ental group , 38 cases of each group. The control group received peritoneal dialysis observed once a month phone guided conventional extended care. The experim ental group received three-way continuous nursing intervention. The observation indexes of the two groups after intervention were com pared. Results After the in tervention , the aw areness of self-management knowledge and self-care ability score with peritoneal dialysis in the experim ental group were significantly higher than those of the control group , and the incidence of dialysis related com plications was significantly lower than the control group , and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05 ). Conclusions The patients with nephrotic syndrome with acute renal injury are treated with continuous three-way nursing in tervention , which has a good effect of im proving the self-management knowledge and self-care ability of the patients with nephrotic syndrome with acute renal in jury . It can significantly reduce the risk of laparoscopy related com plications of nursing objects.
