摘要
目的优选养阴清肺汤加味的醇提工艺。方法以毛蕊花糖苷、丹皮酚、绿原酸、甘草酸含量及出膏率为综合评价指标,采用层次分析法结合正交试验设计,考察乙醇浓度、提取时间、提取次数对养阴清肺汤加味醇提工艺的影响。结果醇提工艺为70%乙醇,提取2 h,提取1次。结论优选的工艺是科学、稳定、可行的,且有效成分提取效率高。
Objective To optimize the ethanol extraction process of modified Yangyin Qingfei Decoction.Methods Observe the effects of ethanol concentration, extraction time and extraction times on the optimization of ethanol extraction process of modified Yangyin Qingfei Decoction base on a comprehensive evaluation index of verbascoside, chlorogenic acid, paeonol, glycyrrhizic acid content and extraction ratio using the analytic hierarchy process and orthogonal experiment. Results The process is to use 70 % ethanol, extract for 2 h, and extract once.Conclusion The optimized process is scientific, stable and feasible, and the extraction efficiency of effective components is high.
