Moisture-Proof Excipients Optimizing of Huoxue Sanyu Effervescent Tablets by D-Optimal Mixture Design

目的优选活血散瘀泡腾片的防潮辅料。方法以吸湿率为指标,乳糖、糊精、麦芽糊精、可溶性淀粉为备选辅料,采用D-最优混料设计优选活血散瘀泡腾片的最佳防潮辅料及其配比。结果活血散瘀泡腾片最佳防潮辅料组合为乳糖-可溶性淀粉(7∶3),物料168 h吸湿率为5.8%。结论防潮辅料可有效控制中药固体制剂物料吸湿率,适宜于医疗机构中药固体制剂的研发生产。

Objective To optimize the moisture-proof excipients of Huoxue Sanyu effervescent tablets.Methods Taking moisture rate as the index, lactose, dextrin, maltodextrin and soluble starch as the alternative excipients, the D-optimal mixture design is used to optimize the best moisture-proof excipients and the proportion.Results The best moisture-proof excipients of Huoxue Sanyu effervescent tablets is lactose-soluble starch(7︰3), and the 168 h moisture rate of material is 5.8 %. Conclusion The moisture-proof excipients can effectively control the moisture rate of TCM solid preparation and is suitable for the research and production of TCM solid preparation in medical institution.
