裸花紫珠片临床应用处方分析

Analysis on the Clincal Prescription of Luohuazizhu Tablet

目的分析某院门诊及住院处方使用裸花紫珠片的特点,讨论其临床实际应用情况,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法统计分析某院2013~2017年门诊裸花紫珠片处方。结果 33 384张裸花紫珠片处方中,30~39岁患者使用比例最高占32.16%,患者临床诊断分布情况:主要为妇科(46.11%)、耳鼻咽喉科(34.97%)、皮肤性病科(13.08%)、眼科(3.71%)及其它科室(2.13%)。结论某院裸花紫珠片科妇科、产科、生殖科等主要用于止血调经等;耳鼻咽喉科主要用于消炎止血;眼科、皮肤性病科主要用于消炎,儿科、中医科主要用于消炎、收敛;裸花紫珠片属于止血调经、消炎解毒中成药,临床应用领域广泛,合理使用至关重要。

Objective To Analyze the characteristics of the clinical use Luohuazizhu Tablet in clinic Prescriptions, Discuss the clinical application of Luohuazizhu Tablet, providing the reference for rational drug use. Methods The characteristics of the use of Luohuazizhu Tablet are summarized and analyzed in clinic from2013 to 2017 in one hospital. Results Among 33 384 Luohuazizhu Tablet descriptions. 30 ~ 39 patients with the highest proportion(occupied 32.16 %). Patients with clinical diagnosis of distribution: Mainly Gynecology occupied 46.11%, Otorhinolaryngology occupied 34.97 %, Dermatology occupied 13.08 %, Ophthalmology occupied 3.71 % and other departments(occupied 2.13 %). Conclusion Luohuazizhu Tablet is mainly used for stopping bleeding and regulating menstruation in the department of gynaecology, obstetrics, and reproduction in one hospital;Otorhinolaryngology is mainly used for antiphlogistic and hemostasis;Ophthalmology and dermatovenereal diseases are mainly used to reduce inflammation;Pediatrics, traditional Chinese medicine mainly used for anti-inflammatory, and convergence;Luohuazizhu Tablet belongs to Chinese patent medicine of hemostatic recuperation and antiphlogistic detoxification, and it is widely applied in clinical practice. The reasonable application of Luohuazizhu Tablet are very important.
