摘要 幼儿园园长是影响园所组织发展与保教质量提高的重要因素。世界多国通过制定幼儿园园长专业或职业标准推进园长的专业化发展。通过比较美国、新西兰、加拿大、中国等四国园长专业或职业的相关标准发现,均强调其管理者、领导者和教育者角色,突出幼儿园园长全面具体的专业职责与专业表现,并强调园长在组织机构的规划与管理、人际关系的沟通与合作、教育教学与保育的领导、教师团队的引领和激励、专业自我意识与发展等方面的专业核心能力。这些对我国幼儿园园长任职资格、专业培训及考核评价提供了重要依据和参考。 The kindergarten principal is an important factor affecting the development of the kindergarten organization and the improvement of the quality of education. Many countries in the world promote the kindergarten principals’ professional development by formulating the professional standards. By comparing the professional standards of the four countries, such as the United States, New Zealand, Canada, and China, the manager, leader, and educator is emphasized in the role of the kindergarten principals, highlighting the comprehensive professional responsibilities and professional performance of the kindergarten principals. It also emphasizes the core professional competence of the principals in the planning and management of the organization, interpersonal communication and cooperation, leadership in education, leading and inspiring team development, professional self-awareness and development. These provide useful reference and inspiration for the qualifications and professional training of the kindergarten principals in China.
