摘要
日本文部科学省于2017年3月31日颁布的初中理科学习指导要领根据本次中小学《学习指导要领》修订的基本思想和方针,主要围绕"学生如何学""培养学生怎样的素质和能力"这个主题,在课程目标、课程内容和学习指导建议等方面进行了修订,其突出特点是明确了理科"素质和能力"的构成要素;重视理科课程与社会、生活和环境之间的联系;强调科学探究的主动性、合作性和深度性;提倡计算机和信息通信网络的有效利用。
On March 31, 2017, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) of Japan promulgated a new Junior High School Science Course of Study. According to the basic ideas and guidelines revised in the Elementary and Middle School Course of Study, the new Course of Study focused on the theme of “how students learn” and “cultivating what kinds of students’ qualities and abilities”. The new Course of Study has revised the course objectives, course content and study guidance recommendations. The outstanding features of the revision are the clarification of the components of science “quality and ability”;emphasis on the relationship between science curriculum and society, life and environment;the initiative, cooperation and depth of scientific inquiry and the promotion of using computer and information communication networks efficiently.
