厦门地区人群红外热成像面部温度分布规律分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探究厦门地区人群红外热成像面部温度分布规律。方法选取厦门地区正常人110名作为研究对象,测定其面部温度情况并对其分布规律进行分析。结果女性与男性相比颜面部均温较高,另外女性均温离散度低于男性;23个面部部位中,嘴角、额、内眦、鼻唇沟、印堂等均温较高,眉、颊、鼻、鼻甲等均温较低;以面部正中线划分为左右两侧,两侧面部温差大部分在0.1℃以内,对称性良好;颊、内眦和外眦三个面部部位左右两侧温差较大,额部左右温差最小;外眦、眉等部位左侧温度较高;面、内眦、嘴角、颊、鼻唇沟、眼、额右侧温度较高;毛发覆盖、呼吸气温、分泌液覆盖、紧张以及面部疾患都会使面部温度受到影响。结论人体面部及其各部位温度的分布存在一定规律,可以为临床上以温度作为指标的诊断工作提供帮助。 Objective To investigate the facial temperature distribution of infrared thermography in Xiamen population.Methods A total of 110 normal people in Xiamen were selected as research subjects,and their facial temperature was measured and their distribution was analyzed. Results Compared with men,women had higher facial and facial temperature,but there was no statistical difference between the two groups. In addition,the temperature dispersion of females was lower than that of males;among the 23 facial parts,the corners of the mouth,forehead,guilt, and nose The lip groove,Yintang and other uniform temperatures are higher,and the average temperature of the eyebrows,cheeks,nose and turbinate is lower;the left and right sides are divided by the midline of the face,and the temperature difference between the two sides is mostly within 0.1 ℃,and the symmetry is good;The temperature difference between the left and right sides of the three facial parts of the internal hemorrhoids and the external hemorrhoids is large,and the temperature difference between the left and right sides of the forehead is the smallest;the temperature of the left side of the external hemorrhoids and eyebrows is higher;the face,the internal hemorrhoids,the corners of the mouth,the cheeks The temperature on the right side is high;hair coverage,respiratory temperature, secretion coverage,tension,and facial conditions can affect facial temperature.Conclusion There is a certain regularity in the temperature distribution of the human face and its various parts,which can help the clinical diagnosis of temperature as an indicator.
