中西医结合治疗重症肺炎呼吸衰竭的临床疗效分析

Analysis on the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of severe pneumonia respiratory failure

目的分析中西医联合治疗重症肺炎呼吸衰竭患者的临床效果。方法从2017年9月-2018年10月于我院诊断为重症肺炎且出现呼吸衰竭的患者中选取70例,随机分为研究组(中西医结合治疗)与对照组(西医治疗)。对比2组治疗前后的血气指标、呼吸情况,评价临床疗效。结果观察组治疗后的血气指标、呼吸情况优于对照组,总有效率高于对照组,均有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论中西医联合治疗重症肺炎呼吸衰竭患者的疗效更好,可在临床上推广应用。

Objective Analyze the treatment effect of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine on patients with respiratory failure caused by severe pneumonia.Methods From September 2017 to October 2018,70 patients diagnosed with severe pneumonia and respiratory failure were selected and divided into study group(integrated treatment with traditional Chinese and western medicine)and control group(treatment with western medicine). Blood gas index,lung ventilation and lung respiratory function were analyzed before and after administration,and the therapeutic effect was evaluated. Results After treatment,the above indexes of observation group were significantly better than those of control group,and the efficacy was also significantly better than that in the control group. Conclusion The combined treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine is more effective in the treatment of severe respiratory failure patients with pneumonia,which can be widely used in clinical practice.
