局部创面氧疗联合湿润烧伤膏治疗压疮的效果观察

Application of local wound oxygen therapy combined with MEBO in treating pressure sore

目的探讨局部创面氧疗治疗联合湿润烧伤膏治疗压疮的疗效。方法选取我院2014年-2018年重症监护病房压疮患者70例,随机分为观察组38例和对照组32例。2组患者均予常规治疗,对照组采用湿润烧伤膏治疗,观察组在此基础上加用局部创面氧疗,比较2组患者疗效,压疮创面愈合时间,治疗1周后WBC、PCT、CRP等指标。结果观察组有效率高于对照组,压疮创面愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗1周后,观察组患者WBC、CRP、PCT指标低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论局部创面氧疗治疗联合湿润烧伤膏治疗压疮的疗效优于单用湿润烧伤膏,能降低感染指标,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of topical wound oxygen therapy combined with MEBO in the treatment of pressure sores.Methods 70 patients with pressure ulcers in 2014-2018 intensive care unit were randomly divided into observation group(n=38)and control group(n=32). Both groups of patients were treated with conventional therapy. The observation group was treated with topical wound oxygen therapy combined with MEBO. The control group was treated with silk burn ointment. Compare the efficacy of the two groups,wound healing time,wbc,PCT,CRP indicators after 1 week of treatment.Results The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.The healing time of pressure ulcer wound was less than that of the control group,P<0.05.After one week of treatment,the WBC,CRP,and PCT indexes of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Local oxygen therapy combined with MEBO in treating hemorrhoids is better than single-use MEBO,which can reduce the infection index and is worthy of clinical promotion.
