石蜡切片技术是组织学中一种常用的制片技术,也是当前医学生学习组织学应掌握的一门实验技术。然而,由于石蜡切片制作过程复杂、耗时长、安全性差等原因导致石蜡切片质量优劣不一,同时也影响到了学生实验课的效果。为此,我们结合实验室多年的教学经验,对石蜡切片制作的注意事项进行了总结,为在教学和科研中制作出高效、合格的石蜡切片提供参考。

Paraffin sectioning technology is a commonly used production technique in histology,and it is also an experimental technique that medical students should master in histology. However,due to the complicated process of making paraffin sections,long time-consuming,and poor safety,the quality of paraffin sections is different,and it also affects the quality of students’ experimental classes. To this end,we have combined the laboratory’s many years of teaching experience to summarize the precautions for paraffin sectioning,and provide reference for the production of efficient and qualified paraffin sections in teaching and research.
