考虑枢纽点失效和拥堵情形的轴辐式物流网络设计研究 被引量:8

摘要 枢纽点的失效和爆仓现象随着快递业务量的增长时有发生,为缓解枢纽点可能发生的失效和爆仓现象,基于0-1整数非线性规划方法,建立了考虑失效和拥堵情形的单分配轴辐式物流网络枢纽点选址及路径分配模型(SApHLP-RC)。模型以最小化物流企业期望运输成本为目标,通过采用改进的粒子群算法(PSO)对模型进行编程求解。以南京仙林地区为例,分析了该模型与传统轴辐式网络模型在物流网络设计方面的差异,验证了模型的可行性。结果表明:考虑枢纽点失效和拥堵情形下的物流网络结构可以更好地实现物流在转运中心上的均衡分配,提高物流网络的稳定性。同时当枢纽点发生中断时,网络的优化设计可以为物流企业采取路径重置的应急措施提供相应的建议。 To relieve hub congestion and keep the operations of logistics system,a single allocation p-hub location problem considering hub reliable and congestion cost(SApHLP-RC) is established based on 0-1 integer nonlinear programming method.The objective is to minimize total expected transportation cost by combining regular and disrupted transportation cost.As the model of SApHLP-RC is NP-hard problem,Particle Swarm Optimization was presented to solve the model.The location network of Xianlin Area in Nanjing was analyzed to compare the difference between this model and the classical single allocation p-hub location problem.The results indicate that when hub reliable and congestion influence are considered,logistics system would be more stable because of balance scale economy and risk cost.At the same time,this model could provide recommendation to re-route flow for logistics enterprise when hub facility is disrupted.
