考虑实时路况和车辆周转率的成品油配送路径优化研究 被引量:9

Vehicle Routing Problem of Refined Oil Distribution Considering Real-time Traffic Condition and Vehicle Turnover Rate

摘要 针对成品油销售企业主动配送模式的新形势。首先,结合实时路况、夏季高温天气政府禁止12:00到16:00区间配送成品油和配送企业对车辆配送周转率的现实需求,利用GIS地图应用程序获取现实中的路网结构和行驶时间。其次,以"时间最少"的运输总距离最小化作为优化目标,通过建立数学模型和采用禁忌搜索算法解决成品油二次配送过程车辆路径问题,保证配送企业运营效益的最大化。最后,通过实例分析和验证。研究表明:该方法可解决真实路况下成品油配送的路径优化问题,具有很好的应用价值;同时可以降低配送成本,能够大幅提高车辆配送周转率。 The new situation of the active distribution mode of refined oil distribution enterprises was mainly concerned.Firstly,combined with real-time traffic,government prohibition of the distribution of refined oil from 12:00 to 16:00 in the summer hot weather,and the realistic requirement of distribution enterprise of vehicle distribution turnover,GIS mapping applications was used to access to the real road network structure and driving time.Secondly,taking the minimum transportation distance with "time minimum" as the optimal target,the mathematical model and the tabu search algorithm were used to solve the vehicle routing problem of refined oil distribution,so as to ensure the maximization of the operation efficiency of the distribution enterprises.Finally,example analysis was conducted and the method was verified.The research shows that this method can solve the problem of route optimization of refined oil distribution under real-time traffic conditions,and has good application value.At the same time,it can reduce distribution costs,and can greatly improve the turnover rate of vehicle distribution.
