电商平台高峰期物流过载问题研究

Research on Logistics Overload in the Peak Period of E-commerce Platform

摘要 零售行业会面临需求激增的问题,这时会对自建物流的电商平台造成很大的压力,因此针对自建物流电商平台在高峰时期物流的过载问题进行研究。以自建物流电商平台为研究对象,建立了随机需求下自建物流能力决策模型,并在此基础上分别建立期权合约模式和预售模式下的决策模型并进行求解;同时对模型进行数值算例分析,探讨不同参数对最优决策的影响,进而分析两种模式的适用情况。研究表明,期权合约可以帮助电商平台实现更高的利润。 The retail industry often experienced several periods of surge in demand,which contributed to great pressure on self-built logistics e-commerce platform.Therefore,the overload problem in the peak period of self-built logistics e-commerce platform was researched.The self-built logistics e-commerce platform was considered as the research object,and a decision model about self-built logistics capability was established under stochastic demand.On this basis,the decision model under the option contract model and pre-sales model was established,and the model was resolved.Numerical examples were analyzed to discuss the influence of different parameters on the optimal decision,and then the application situations of the two modes were analyzed.The research shows that the option contract can help e-commerce platform make higher profit.
