浙江省县域金融创新空间分异及驱动因素

Spatial Differentiation and Driving Factors of Financial Innovation at County Level in Zhejiang Province

通过构建多指标综合测算方法,测度浙江省69个县域金融创新值,并分析其空间分异特征与驱动因素。结果表明:2006—2016年,浙江县域金融创新绝对差异波动大,相对差异波动小,空间集聚性不断上升;浙江省县域金融创新两极分化现象突出,热点区县域基本上分布在浙江北部环杭州湾地区,冷点区集中分布在浙江省南端;2006—2011年,浙江县域金融创新高增长区县域沿沪昆高速和杭州湾环线高速呈"Y"字型分布,处于金融创新高增长冷热点区的县域较少,而2011—2016年,演变成沿沪昆高速、杭州湾环线高速以及G 330国道呈"R"字型分布;浙江县域金融创新主要受信息化水平、经济发展水平、政府干预以及基础设施水平等因素的影响,而浙江县域金融创新增长主要受经济发展增长率、信息化水平增长率以及对外开放度增长率等因素的影响。研究提出优化县域金融产业空间布局、拓展县域金融对外合作机制、推动县域普惠金融创新发展等政策建议。

Through the construction of multi-index comprehensive measurement method, this paper measured the values of financial innovation capacity of 69 counties in Zhejiang province and analyzed the characteristics of spatial differentiation and driving factors. The results show that: from 2006 to 2016, the absolute difference of financial innovation at county level in Zhejiang fluctuated greatly, the fluctuation of relative difference was small and spatial agglomeration continuously strengthened;the polarization of the county financial innovation in Zhejiang province is very prominent, the hotspot area basically distributed in the Hangzhou Bay Area in the north of Zhejiang, and the cold point area concentrated in the south of Zhejiang province;from 2006 to 2011, the high growth districts of county financial innovation in Zhejiang showed a trend of "Y-shaped" distribution, along Shanghai-Kunming expressway and Hangzhou Bay loop expressway, and a small number of counties are in high growth, cold and hot spots of financial innovation,while from 2011 to 2016, the districts were transformed into "R-shaped" distribution, along Shanghai Kunming expressway, Hangzhou Bay loop expressway and G330 National Road;the county financial innovation in Zhejiang is mainly influenced by the level of information, economic development, government intervention and the level of infrastructure, while the county financial innovation growth in Zhejiang is mainly influenced by the growth rate of economic development, the growth rate of information level and open-up. This study puts forward some suggestions, such as optimizing the spatial distribution of county financial industry, expanding the mechanism of county financial cooperation with external collaboration, and promoting the innovation and development of inclusive finance.
