重庆建材企业参与碳市场的需求分析

Demand Analysis of Chongqing Building Material Enterprises to Participate in the Carbon Trading

重庆市作为七个碳交易试点城市之一,经过多年的碳交易试点,为建立全国碳交易市场提供了有益经验。本文通过对重庆建材企业的现状调研,并对建材企业参与碳市场的需求进行分析讨论后发现,目前需在建立健全标准体系、加强能力建设培训、加大计量和监测管理、优化政府管理职能、推动碳管理建设等方面加强建设,为构建相对成熟的建材企业碳放权交易市场提出建议。

As one of seven carbon trading pilot cities, Chongqing has provided useful experience for establishing a national carbon trading market after years of carbon trading pilots. Through the analysis of the current situation of Chongqing building materials enterprises and discussion of the participation of building materials enterprises in the carbon market, this paper finds that it is necessary to establish a sound standard system, strengthen capacity building training, increase measurement and monitoring management, and optimize government management functions, providing recommendations for the construction of a relatively mature carbon trading market for building materials enterprises.
