INTERFACE COST MANAGEMENT OF ENGINEERING PROJECT BASED ON BIM

基于胶州湾隧道工程,从系统视角提出界面成本的内涵,通过系统工程分解结构,按工程成本目标线索分析工程项目中存在的界面问题及成因,构建了界面成本体系。分析界面成本与BIM技术的契合性,提出基于BIM的界面成本管理系统模型。

The connotation of interface cost are proposed from the perspective of the system based on the Jiaozhou Bay Tunnel Engineering. The paper analyzes the interface problems and causes of the construction project and try to construct the interface cost system by systematic project breakdown structure according to the project cost target clues. Have made analysis of the correspondence between the cost of the interface and the BIM Technology, the paper puts forward a model of interface cost management system based on BIM.
