摘要
为解决机车UIC网关中PCI-VME桥接芯片的停产问题,提出一种基于FPGA的PCI-VME总线桥,实现了本地PCI总线操作与系统VME总线通信的相互转换。详细阐述了PCI总线接口IP核协议解析和PCI转VME协议转换有限状态机设计方法,利用机车网络控制系统测试平台对该设备进行了互联互通测试。测试结果验证了该总线桥可实时可靠地进行PCI协议解析和VME数据通信,设备的成功研制为推动我国基于VME的机车车载电气部件自主化进程提供了基础支持。
In order to solve the discontinued problem of PCI-VME bridge chip in locomotive UIC gateway,a PCI-VME bridge based on FPGA was designed,which was used for implementing the data conversion between local PCI bus and VME bus communication of the system.The bridge’s PCI IP core protocol resolution and finite state machine of PCI to VME protocol conversion design method were described in detailed.The intercommunication and interconnection of the equipment was tested by locomotive train network control system test platform.The test results verify that the bus bridge was able to realize PCI protocol resolution and VME communication data transmission in real time and reliably between PCI bus and VME bus.The research and development of this equipment provided a basic support for promoting the localization process of on-board electrical components based on VME bus in the field of China railway train.
