莱钢优化烧结配矿降成本实践

摘要 主要分析莱钢矿料配比优化流程,针对降低配矿成本关键点,测算不同比例塞矿对生铁成本影响,确定烧结矿品位53.5%左右的配矿思路,通过开拓贸易矿资源信息渠道、提高普氏指数价格预测准确性、控制矿粉库存等措施,降低同口径配矿成本16.43元/t矿。 This paper mainly analyses the optimization process of ore mix in Laiwu Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. Aiming at the key point of reducing the cost of ore mix, it calculates the influence of different proportion of stopper on pig iron cost, determines the idea of ore mix with sinter grade of about 53.5%. Through exploiting the information channel of trade ore resources ,improving the accuracy of price prediction of Pu's index, and controlling the stock of ore powder, etc. Reduce the same diameter ore blending cost 16.43 yuan/ton ore.
